SHIPPING & SHOP POLICIES :

First of all .... Thank you for your interest in my designs!

 

Most orders are shipped out within 1-2 weeks, unless noted otherwise.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has been shipped out, you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number to check the status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. Be sure to add your email when ordering.

If a package is shipped internationally, please be aware of possible customs charges.  Although it is unusual, the package may be stopped at customs.  This can lead to delays in delivery beyond my control. The customer is responsible for handling these issues if they arise.

 

Do you offer refunds?

All orders are sent into production within 1 day of receiving them. Therefore, I cannot guarantee the manufacturer will be able to cancel the order once your product(s) are in production.

Please keep in mind that all products sold in this shop are custom made for each customer.

* If you’ve made a mistake on your order, please contact me within 24 hours.

I do not typically offer refunds but want you to be happy and satisfied with your purchase.

Email me within 3 days of receiving your package, if there is a problem or if your purchase does not meet your expectations. Provide your order number and photos of the item’s condition.
